How often should I clean my jewellery?
Do a gentle home clean monthly, and book a professional deep clean every 6 months (or sooner for everyday rings). We’ll also inspect prongs, claws and links for wear while you’re here.
Turnaround & delivery
Most items are cleaned in 15–30 minutes; allow up to 1 hour for inspection and finishing. Mail-in service available with same-day turnaround on receipt and tracked return shipping.
