Will it fade or wash out?
No—laser marks are permanent. Deep engraving resists wear and common cleaners/solvents.
How long does it take?
Simple text can be same-day. Artwork/fingerprint pieces usually 1–3 working days.
Can you engrave plated jewellery?
Yes. For deeper cuts we may re-plate afterwards for a perfect finish—we’ll advise options.
What do you need from me?
Your item, the text/artwork (vector preferred), placement notes, and any deadline.
